FEEL → HEAL → MANIFEST
The complete guide to Dylan's body-first methodology. Why most approaches fail, what actually works, and where you are in the process.
WHY MOST APPROACHES FAIL
There are two camps. Neither one works alone.
If you've ever felt stuck despite years of self-work, you're not lazy. You're not broken. You've just been working with only half the equation.
Camp 1: The Thinkers
Therapy. Journaling. Self-help books. Understanding your childhood, your attachment style, your triggers. You can describe your patterns with clinical accuracy — but you still can't stop them.
“I know exactly why I do this. I just can't stop.”
Camp 2: The Feelers
Yoga. Breathwork. Plant medicine. Cold water. Big experiences that crack you open — then you go back to your life and nothing's changed. The breakthrough fades.
“I felt amazing at the retreat. Then Monday happened.”
Dylan's methodology bridges these two camps. Body-based practices and cognitive understanding — so that insight lands in the body, and the body's shifts are understood by the mind.
THE THREE STAGES
FEEL
Before you can change anything, you have to feel what's actually there. Not what you think is there. What your body is actually holding.
This is where most people discover that half an inch of movement in their chest tells a bigger story than years of therapy. That the tension in their jaw has a name. That the shallow breathing — short inhale, long exhale — is literally the pattern of giving more than they take in.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
You notice your chest is tight. You realise your jaw has been clenched since morning. You feel the pattern of holding your breath when someone asks “how are you?” For the first time, you're not just thinking about your patterns — you're feeling them. In real time.
HEAL
Once you can feel it, you can work with it. HEAL is the process of releasing what's been stored — the performing pattern, the fawn response, the “I'm fine” mask.
This is story work. Not storytelling — the process of recognising the narratives your body has been running since childhood, and gently updating the operating system. The story that said “if I stop performing, they'll leave.” The belief that worthiness is earned, not felt.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
You start seeing the pattern from outside it. You recognise that the story “I have to be strong” was installed when you were five and someone needed you to hold it together. You don't argue with the story. Your body has a new experience that makes the old story irrelevant.
MANIFEST
This isn't manifestation in the Instagram sense. No vision boards. No positive affirmations. MANIFEST is what happens when you've released the old operating system and can finally live from who you actually are.
Integration. Authenticity. The quiet confidence that comes from knowing yourself — not from your head, but from your body. Making decisions from alignment rather than anxiety. Setting boundaries without guilt. Receiving without apologising.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE
You say no without rehearsing it first. You receive a compliment and your body doesn't flinch. You notice old triggers and feel them pass through instead of taking over. Your relationships shift — not because you forced change, but because you're no longer showing up from survival mode.
THE FOUR MODALITIES
Four practices. One integrated approach.
Yoga
What it is: Not fitness yoga. Not flexibility yoga. Yoga as a practice of listening to the body — noticing where you hold, where you resist, where you've been clenching without knowing.
How it works: Every posture is a conversation with your nervous system. A forward fold isn't about touching your toes — it's about noticing what happens when you surrender to gravity.
Breathwork
What it is: Your breath pattern mirrors your life pattern. Short inhale, long exhale? You're giving more than you take in — literally. With every breath. All day.
How it works: Breathwork doesn't just calm you down. It shows you what you've been carrying, and gives the body permission to let it go. The breath is the only autonomic function you can also control consciously — the bridge between body and mind.
Meditation
What it is: Not the 'clear your mind' kind. Body-based meditation that teaches you to sit with discomfort without running, fixing, or performing.
How it works: The practice of being with what's actually here — which turns out to be the most radical thing most people have ever done. No mantras. No visualisations. Just you and what your body is holding.
Story Work
What it is: The cognitive piece that makes the body-based work stick. Identifying the narratives that have been running your life — 'I'm not enough,' 'I have to earn love,' 'Rest is lazy.'
How it works: Gently updating the operating system that installed them. Not by arguing with the story, but by giving the body a new experience that makes the old story irrelevant.
SELF-ASSESSMENT
Where are you in the process?
Read each question. Notice your body's response before your mind answers.
1. When someone asks how you are, your body does what?
A. Tightens slightly before you say 'fine'
B. You genuinely don't know — you can't feel it
C. You notice the truth but say something else anyway
If A or C: your body is ahead of your mind. If B: you've been disconnected long enough that reconnecting is the first step.
2. Where in your body do you hold stress?
A. Jaw, shoulders, or chest — and I know it
B. I don't hold stress in my body (I think?)
C. Everywhere. I'm always tense but I'm used to it.
A: You're in the FEEL stage — you can sense it. B: Your body may be holding more than you realise (the water you swim in). C: Your nervous system has been in survival mode so long it's become your normal.
3. After a personal development workshop or retreat, what happens?
A. I feel amazing for a week, then I'm back to my old patterns
B. I understand myself better but nothing actually changes
C. I've stopped going — they don't seem to work for me
A: You've been in Camp 2 (The Feelers) — big experiences without integration. B: You've been in Camp 1 (The Thinkers) — understanding without embodiment. C: Your body is telling you something. Neither camp alone was going to work.
4. When you're happier than usual, what does your body do?
A. I feel slightly uncomfortable — like I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop
B. I don't notice
C. I can sit with it and enjoy it
A: This is the Half an Inch pattern — your body has a happiness ceiling set by your operating system. B: Reconnecting to sensation is your first step. C: You've already started the MANIFEST stage, whether you know it or not.
This is not...
Talk therapy
We don't just discuss your patterns. We work with the body to release them.
Mindset coaching
You can't think your way out of a pattern that lives in your nervous system.
Breathwork-only
Breathwork without integration is just another experience that fades.
Cold exposure / biohacking
We don't override the body. We listen to it.
Spiritual bypassing
No 'love and light' over unprocessed pain. This work goes through, not around.
IN THEIR WORDS
What each stage sounds like
FEEL
“I'd had a really awful few years with depression, paralyzing anxiety and panic attacks. At one point I struggled to leave the house or even open the curtains. Then in that AWAKEN, everything changed.”
Emily Duffield, AWAKEN participant
HEAL
“If I had this inner voice, critical of me, on about 90% of the day... now I'd say it's on about five or 10%. I feel joyful. I never thought I could. I feel like the sun is shining inside me.”
Yasmin, Inner Circle member
MANIFEST
“With one piece of advice from Dylan, my revenue doubled. The secret was: I began to see that what I was offering was not about my self-worth. 80% of my clients stayed. There was no question.”
Lizzie Dunn, Inner Circle member
Ready to experience it?
AWAKEN is where most people begin. 3 days. Live-virtual. The experience that shows you what's actually been running the show — and gives you the tools to change it.
