The problem

And the body is reflecting it. That's not a metaphor. It's your nervous system showing you what your mind already knows but can't seem to change.

They live in your body. In the tension in your jaw. In the way you hold your shoulders. In the knot in your stomach when your phone rings. In the way you shape-shift to fit whatever room you're in.

What happens at AWAKEN
Getting present to your body and breath
As you slow down and get present, what you’ve been pushing down, running from, or avoiding starts to surface. Not because I force it — because you finally create the space for it. Day one is tangible and physical. Breath, body, awareness. The foundation for everything that follows.
Transformation day
This is where the real healing happens. Guided healings, group exercises, and one experience — unique to AWAKEN — that people consistently say changed their life. I work at the level of the mind and emotions. The most healing day. The most important day. You’ll be supported, held, and loved through it all. You don’t have to share. But you will feel it shift.
Calling forth the life you actually want
You’ve got present. You’ve healed what was underneath. Now there’s space — like clearing a garden so you can finally plant. Day three is energetic, high-vibration work. From this place, you stop manifesting what you don’t want and start calling in what you do. Not goals on paper. The life you’ve been dreaming of, without the self-sabotage.
The methodology
Most people try to manifest before they've healed what's in the way.
Most personal development skips straight to step three. You set goals, visualise outcomes, take action — from a body that's still running old survival patterns. Then you wonder why it doesn't stick.
FEEL → HEAL → MANIFEST is not a slogan. It's a sequence. I clear what's in the way first. Because the fastest route to the life you want is through the feelings you've been avoiding.
This isn't about understanding your story better. It's about changing your relationship with it.
Transformation stories
From paralysing anxiety to launching her own yoga classes.
