1. Agreement

By accessing dylanayaloo.com or purchasing any programme offered by Dylan Ayaloo (operated through BeQn Ltd and elev8 Yoga Ltd, both registered in England & Wales), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

We provide online personal development programmes, live-virtual events, community membership, and yoga teacher training. Programme details, dates, and pricing are as described on the relevant programme pages at the time of purchase.

3. Purchases & Payments

• All purchases are processed securely through ThriveCart.
• Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision. Our refund policy varies by programme:

• AWAKEN: Full refund if requested more than 7 days before the event start date. No refunds within 7 days of the event.
• elev∞ Premium: Cancel your membership at any time. No refunds for the current billing period.
• Inner Circle: As this is a year-long commitment, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days.
• Inspire: Refund requests within 14 days of enrolment will be considered. No refunds after module access begins.

5. Programme Access

• Live sessions are delivered via Zoom. Recordings are available in your Skool portal.
• Access duration depends on your programme. Check your programme page for details.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Your access is for your personal use only.

6. Community Guidelines

Our Skool communities are spaces for genuine connection and growth. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and kindness
• Keep shared stories confidential — what’s shared in the group stays in the group
• Refrain from soliciting, selling, or promoting within the community
• Follow facilitator guidance during live sessions

We reserve the right to remove members who violate these guidelines without refund.

7. Disclaimer

Our programmes are educational and experiential in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional. By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions.
