The Inspire Yoga Teacher Training Guide

Learning to hold space without losing yourself. What the training covers, who it's for, and what graduates are doing now.

IS THIS YOU?

Who Inspire is for

Aspiring yoga teachers who want to become the kind of heartfelt, magnetic, inspiring teacher people don’t forget

Yoga teachers who know there’s more to this work than poses: who want to go deeper into the body of knowledge and transformation work that yoga offers, and grow their business from having done the work

Those who’ve been through their own transformation and want to share it with others through yoga

Therapists who want body-based tools alongside cognitive approaches

Professionals in helping roles (coaches, counsellors, carers) who want deeper training in yoga and personal transformation

THE DIFFERENCE

What makes Inspire different

Body-based, not pose-based

You don’t just learn postures: you learn to read the room’s nervous system and energy.

Story work included

Most trainings teach techniques. Inspire teaches you what to do when someone’s story surfaces in class: how to hold the room through yoga, breath, and presence.

4 modalities as one system

Yoga + breathwork + meditation + story work, integrated, not siloed.

“You go first”

Personal transformation is required. You can’t teach this depth of yoga without having done the work yourself first.

THE TRAINING

6 areas of training. One integrated system.

01

Yoga & Movement

Alignment for emotional access, not just aesthetics. Learning to teach postures as a conversation with the body and nervous system.

02

Yogic Breathwork

Breath as a diagnostic tool: understanding breath patterns as life patterns and how to work with what they reveal. You’ll use breathwork to create transformation in yourself first, then learn to guide others through it.

03

Meditation & Presence

You’ll practise meditation and learn presence through it: the ability to sit with discomfort without running, fixing, or bypassing. This is the foundation of everything you’ll teach.

04

Story Work & Narrative

You’ll do the story work yourself: recognising the narratives that run your life and learning to update the operating system through yoga. This personal work is what makes your teaching real.

05

Presence & Group Dynamics

Who you are being in front of a room speaks louder than what you say, what postures you perform, or what quotes you can recite. You’ll learn to be present, grounded, and hold a room so people feel safe to go through their process.

06

Business & Practice Building

Sustainability, pricing, positioning, and the mindset work that stops most teachers from ever actually building a practice. Taught by someone who built a million-pound yoga studio in South London over 20 years of business.

GRADUATE STORIES

What Inspire graduates are doing now

Even though I never thought I would want to be a yoga teacher, I have taken that path. My life is really full. It’s full of meaningful connection. It’s full of courage and joy.

Kate

January 2023 cohort

I managed to become a yoga instructor, which was probably the most surprising thing to me. It transforms how you think about yourself and sets you up to exceed even your own expectations.

Isobel

January 2023 cohort

With one piece of advice from Dylan, my revenue doubled. 80% of my clients stayed. There was no question as to why I’d put my prices up. They just said, yeah, we love you and we want to stay.

Lizzie

3x Inspire graduate, now teaching yoga
