A once off 2Hr All-Levels Class with Dylan Ayaloo and ending with a 1/2 Hr led meditation by Maude Hirst.
You'll be led through the evening by your teachers to go deeper within and find a sense of power and playfulness on the mat and leave in a state of centered peacefulness after the meditation.
